Eight that walk
All of them come out of the same parts table and the same skeleton: the face box, the eye line, the shoulders and the hip. That is why any of them inherits the animations for free.
Every character is a row of data, not a drawing: five slots and a short seed that packs them. Adding a haircut is eleven lines, and all eight inherit it.
